Description Antony Vasquez is the son of Maria Estela and one of the youngest producers at El Morito. Already recognized for his processing skill—especially with the Marshell variety—he consistently delivers lots that stand out for both yield and clarity. At the end of the 2025 harvest, Antony is traveling to Panama to study post-harvest processing firsthand, bringing back new ideas to elevate quality across the community. El Morito is a family-rooted operation that formalized in 2022 to amplify the efforts of growers like Antony—offering centralized support while encouraging independence, experimentation, and leadership among the next generation.
