Progress Healthcare Oxygen Tank Refill Protocol Refilling for MEDICAL Tanks a1. Empty tanks are to be transported to and left at our premises. We arrange a trip to the filling centre once we have suffiicent tanks on hand. A job can take 3 days OR as long as 3 weeks. a2. Tanks are billed per refill and not apportioned on % of refill. Non-Urgent Basis Only b1. Oxygen tank refill is as a service, as Progress is not an oxygen refill centre, we handle only non-urgent tank refills only. Urgent Refills c1. For regular customers and tanks purchased from Progress, standby tanks are available for loan with a refundable deposit of $50.00. These is a service for familiar clients only as we carry limited backup capacity. New & filled tanks may be available for purchase, subject to availability. Your Transport Choice & Care of Product d1. Should clients prefer to arrange your preferred means of transport, tanks are released based on proof of our Point-of-sale receipt. Product handling and risk are at owner’s risk. d2. While it is the responsibility of the owner to instruct the person collecting on product care, please feel free to reach out to us at the point of collection to understand tank care and transportation. Required Repair and Refilling Fee e1. In some instances tanks are damaged by owners before coming to us for refill. A repair fee will be incurred and a subsequent necessary refill charge which will be incurred.
