The disposable plastic covers for sleeves issued to visitors and workers who enter a food factory have in the past been flimsy and often wear out and rip too easily. Also any contamination incident needs to include the metallic strip to be detectable. The fully metal detectable oversleeves have solved these problems with a sleeve cover made entirely from a totally detectable material. The material specification to achieve the necessary level of detectability is also more resilient and the covers last longer than older versions.
